1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using puzzle-go.org (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Site.

2. Description of Service

PuzzleGo provides a collection of free, browser-based daily puzzle games and logic challenges. No account, subscription, or personal information is required to play. The Site is provided for personal entertainment and recreational use.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You are free to:

  • Play any game on the Site for your own enjoyment.
  • Share links to the Site or individual games with others.
  • Bookmark the Site and return as often as you like.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content or data from the Site by automated means without our prior written permission.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.
  • Use the Site in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair its operation.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy game logic or code for commercial purposes.
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any technical measures used to enforce these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to game designs, graphics, text, logos, and code — is the property of PuzzleGo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials without our prior written consent.

Games that are adaptations of publicly known puzzle formats (e.g. Wordle, Sudoku) are implemented independently by PuzzleGo and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party game publisher.

The Site uses third-party services that are governed by their own terms and privacy policies:

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PuzzleGo disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Game availability may change at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PuzzleGo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed €100 (one hundred euros).

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
